The birth of a child is exciting and exhilarating. It can also be stressful and confusing.
In this free online course led by nutritional experts from Deakin University, you’ll trace the milestones in a baby’s first year of life to learn about the principles of good infant nutrition and how you can apply them.
You’ll learn about baby feeding – what and how much to give them – how to wean a baby, and practical strategies for dealing with fussy eating children as they move from milk and mushy stuff to take their place at the family table.
